The Vehicle Delivery Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing the entire Customer Experience from the moment a vehicle is purchased through to the delivery process. This position requires meticulous preparation of the vehicle according to customer specifications, ensuring that all requested features and options are installed and functioning correctly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure that customers fully understand the operational features of their new vehicle.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Address all customer inquiries and concerns with a genuine intent to resolve issues, ensuring complete satisfaction with the vehicle delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various dealership departments to maintain competitive pricing and profitability for aftermarket products and services.
  • Documentation Accuracy: Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, verifying that vehicles are equipped with the correct options before delivery.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about new products, features, and technologies in the automotive industry to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; additional automotive courses or certifications are a plus.
  • A minimum of three years of customer service experience is required.
