About the Role

In the position of Developer for Microsoft Dynamics ERP, you will be part of the Technology Solutions Team, responsible for developing software applications that align with CMHC's objectives. Your role will involve designing and implementing innovative solutions while serving as a liaison for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the foremost authority on the MS D365 Finance & Operations platform, mentoring fellow developers and sharing expertise.
  • Engage with clients to assess their system requirements, document existing and proposed business processes, and communicate potential solutions.
  • Create technical specifications and diagrams for both new and existing solutions.
  • Design and execute MS D365 Finance & Operations solutions based on business needs.
  • Configure integrations with other CMHC systems, including Microsoft D365 CRM and Azure components.
  • Participate in testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with strong expertise in MS D365 Finance & Operations and X++ development.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics interoperability and integration with Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Proficient in coding with Visual Studio, .Net Development (C#), and X++.
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git, SQL, and relational database management systems.
  • Experience with Azure cloud platform, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, leadership, and business skills, including teamwork, communication, and negotiation.
  • Overall experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
