- Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization of kitchen items, including dishwasher mats and waste disposal units.
- Organize and store dishes in designated areas.
- Restock condiments and supplies at dining tables and serving stations.
- Prepare take-out food orders for customers.
- Maintain stock levels in refrigerators and salad bars.
- Utilize both manual and electrical kitchen appliances for food preparation tasks such as cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming.
- Sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment.
- Handle and store cleaning supplies safely.
- Receive and organize supplies in storage areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and trash appropriately.
- Sharpen kitchen knives as needed.
- Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting.
- Fast-paced and dynamic kitchen setting.
- Involves repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Dependability and reliability are crucial.
