**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Line Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the operation and pace of our production lines, partnering with QA, Maintenance Mechanic, and Packagers to ensure seamless production runs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Production Manager in planning production runs and deploying people and resources effectively.
- Monitor the quality of product by completing In-Process Tests throughout the production run.
- Complete batch record documentation accurately, emphasizing proper issuance of drug product and packaging components, in-process requirements, and reconciliation procedures.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure compliance with GMP regulations.
**Requirements**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging within a GMP environment.
- Supervision or lead experience is considered an asset.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills to complete required documentation accurately and thoroughly.
- Precision and high attention to detail are required for completing In-Process Tests, monitoring production lines, reviewing, and completing documentation.
- Machine operating and assembly line experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food packing industry.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to work in a team environment.
**Rotating Shift Schedule**
- Week 1: 7:00am-3:30pm
- Week 2: 3:15pm-11:45pm
