About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team at JJ Bean Inc. as a Pastry Artisan. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate machinery as needed.
  • Production Scheduling: Draw up production schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers.
  • Frosting and Decorating: Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
