The Corporate Finance Advisory Function

Within GBM, the Corporate Finance Advisory Function focuses on providing thoughtful capital market solutions to Scotiabank's corporate clients. We partner with various product areas, including Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, and Corporate Banking, to deliver in-depth analysis, drive idea generation, strengthen financing recommendations, and identify new business opportunities.

Your Role as an Analyst/Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as an Investment Banking Analyst or Associate. In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of projects, including:

  • Financial modeling and valuation analysis
  • Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services
  • Capital raising transactions (debt and equity)
  • Strategic advisory engagements
