Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate and monitor both manual and automated machinery within the production workflow.
  2. Execute all tasks as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while managing designated equipment.
  3. Review and assess products through the established production process, identifying defects and implementing corrective measures.
  4. Adhere to organizational standards to guarantee that the final product meets quality expectations.
  5. Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble various equipment as necessary.
  6. Prepare materials and supplies for use during the production shift.
  7. Maintain a clean work environment and perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
  8. Conduct product quality inspections in accordance with established procedures.
  9. Perform routine maintenance on equipment as required.
  10. Keep accurate records of all tasks performed.
  11. Follow all Safety and Food Quality policies and procedures.
  12. Operate equipment according to manufacturer instructions, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
  13. Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
  14. Exemplify the mission, vision, and values of Fresh Hemp Foods Ltd. in all aspects of the role.
  15. Adhere to the basic systems and procedures established by Fresh Hemp Foods Ltd.
  16. Engage in ongoing training as directed by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in the food industry.
  2. Familiarity with processing and machine operation.
  3. Mechanically inclined with the ability to operate machinery and perform general maintenance.
  4. Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment.
  5. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  6. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  7. Flexible and willing to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
