{"h2": "Job Summary", "p": "Webber is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Snow Plow / Seasonal Equipment Operator to join our team for the seasonal period of October through April. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining contracted assets through the operation and use of heavy equipment, particularly during seasonal needs such as snow plow operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Removal of snow and ice by using snow removal and/or sanding equipment, including salting and other seasonal maintenance on roads, bridges, etc.
* Maintenance and repair of highway and other surfaces, including signs, guardrails, fence, lighting, potholes, striping, adding or replacing reflectors, litter and debris removal
* Traffic control setup and removal
* Transport crew and equipment to work sites
* Required to be available for emergency response rotations as needed for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years related work experience in related construction, road maintenance, commercial/industrial repair, operating equipment through use of DZ license
* Valid Ontario Class DZ driver's license and acceptable driving record / AZ license a plus

Work Environment:

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is routinely exposed to outside weather conditions including extreme heat and cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high precarious places; fume or airborne particles. Frequent exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, frequent exposure to insects and infrequent exposure to reptiles/rodents, the noise level in the work environment usually moderate but on occasion can be more than moderate.
