Electrical Systems Specialist

At CA09 Labatt Brewing Company Limited, we are seeking an Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, altering, repairing, and maintaining various electrical systems and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, alter, repair, and maintain electrical systems and related equipment
  • Read and interpret electrical and mechanical code specifications
  • Plan layout and illustration of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes
  • Work as part of a team to troubleshoot and repair equipment, including disassembling and reassembling electrical equipment/machinery
  • Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, to ensure compliance with codes
  • Maintain a preventative maintenance program for plant equipment

Requirements:

  • Must possess Journeyman Certification (442A ticket)
  • 1 year experience as industrial electrician mandatory; 3 years experience preferred
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with Hydraulic or Pneumatic equipment
  • Good understanding of PLC troubleshooting and programming
  • Excellent troubleshooting, Demonstrate problem-solving skills and Continuous learning mind set
