As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders. You will also support our outside sales team to meet and exceed customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
* Prepare quotes, process orders, and source product
* Support outside sales team to meet and exceed customer needs
* Provide excellent and quality customer service

Requirements:

* Industry knowledge in safety and/or plumbing, heating & HVAC
* Customer service or sales experience
* Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
* Energetic, self-motivated, and possessing a good work ethic
* Highly flexible and adaptable to competing priorities
