Key Responsibilities:

As a Global Benefits Senior Consultant, your duties will include:

  • Building and nurturing robust relationships with clients, partners, and carriers;
  • Providing continuous education, support, and advice to established client contacts;
  • Creating and delivering client-specific competitive plan designs and concepts;
  • Collaborating with internal resources based on client requirements;
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities within your client portfolio;
  • Seizing learning opportunities to deepen your understanding of global employee benefits;
  • Contributing to team discussions through consultant meetings and collaborative efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the employee benefits sector;
  • Completed post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience and training;
  • Life License (LLQP) or willingness to obtain promptly (tuition covered);
  • Preferred if pursuing or holding a CEBS designation;
  • Strong grasp of diverse underwriting concepts, techniques, and analyses;
  • Familiarity with flexible benefits and expertise in strategic planning and implementation;
  • Proven ability to manage a complex portfolio in a fast-paced environment;
  • Client-focused with a partnership-oriented mindset;
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
  • Demonstrated capacity to influence and negotiate;
  • Aptitude for identifying and driving growth opportunities within an existing client base;
  • Ability to work remotely and/or from an office as needed;
  • Willingness to travel as required;
  • Maintaining a valid driver's license.
