About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Skyway Brands Ventures, INC. as a key member of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Effective Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our food service staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise food service staff, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and customer service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports to ensure the financial health of our food service operations.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
