About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at PARDHAN CONSTRUCTION LTD. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Clean and lubricate cranes and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Site Operations: Assist in demolishing buildings and perform routine maintenance work.
  • Environmental Safety: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Site Management: Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work Schedule: Work a standard 40-hour week, with a permanent position available.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Will train on the job.
