Job Title: Web Designer

We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our team at ITECH CONSULTING GROUP. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and integrate website-related code
  • Develop website architecture
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
  • Source, select, and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout, and flow of the website
  • Create and optimize content for the website using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees
  • Assistance with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees
  • Support for social and labor market integration of newcomers and/or refugees
  • Recruitment of newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster
  • Support for newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
  • Mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees
  • Diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
