- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly followed on-site.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
- Material Management: Requisition or order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Leadership: Provide guidance and instruction to team members to enhance productivity.
