About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Disinfect Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities are safe, clean, and meet our high standards.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or renovations, and recommend these to management.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and equipment required to perform their duties.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our cleaning staff are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, willing to relocate, and experience working in a cleaning service company.
  • Security and Safety: Bondable, criminal record check, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, manual dexterity, and ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability.
