Jace Holdings Ltd. presents an exceptional opportunity for a Chief Pilot (PCI) stationed at the Halifax International Airport. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of flight dispatch, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and international protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Captain in a dynamic and fast-paced flight environment.
  • Engage closely with passengers, emphasizing a high level of interaction.
  • Collaborate with a small team of highly skilled aviation professionals.
  • Navigate to various unfamiliar airports.
  • Adapt to non-routine and irregular hours due to on-call requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training programs.
  • Actively contribute to Safety Management initiatives.
  • Manage all flight planning and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable aviation rules and regulations during flights.
  • Maintain proficiency in emergency procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Canadian Passport.
  • Pilot license, medical certification, and ratings as per ICAO Annex 1.
  • Demonstrated operational experience and knowledge in:
  • Safety Management Programs.
  • Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Crew Resource Management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with:
  • A minimum of 5,000 total multi-engine flight hours.
