Production Continuity Specialist

The Production Continuity Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of video and film projects. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
- Asset Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and Panjabi; Punjabi is considered an asset.
This role is set in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including various locations such as video production and motion picture companies.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain comprehensive notes regarding all actions, positions, and camera angles, while documenting scenes with photographs and dates.
- Assist talent in dressing for their roles, ensuring costumes are properly arranged.
- Organize and coordinate schedules for production activities.
- Set up and manage equipment essential for filming.
Proficiency in the following software is essential:
- Adobe Photoshop
- MS Excel
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Word
The role demands:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Handling heavy loads and maintaining physical stamina, including standing for extended periods.
- A combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities, both oral and written.
- Flexibility, initiative, and a high level of organization.
- Reliability and a commitment to teamwork.
