Responsabilités- Travailler en collaboration avec les différentes unités commerciales, y compris la merchandising, les opérations, la finance, les marques contrôlées, la chaîne d'approvisionnement, la fidélité, le commerce électronique, la marketing, les médias et d'autres divisions pour atteindre les objectifs de catégorie.
- Bâtir des relations de confiance avec les fournisseurs de catégorie et les partenaires externes.
- Apporter un soutien à vos collègues commerciaux dans l'exécution des programmes promotionnels, y compris la saisie de données, la gestion de l'intégrité des données, l'exactitude des publicités en papier, numériques et en magasin, la collecte des revenus des fournisseurs, la gestion des stocks, les communications avec les magasins et les prix de vente en magasin.
- Utiliser les données et les analyses pour fournir des informations à vos collègues commerciaux et au directeur de catégorie sur les performances de la catégorie et d'autres demandes ponctuelles.
- Soutenir vos collègues commerciaux et/ou le directeur de catégorie dans la planification de l'assortiment des produits et la coordination de l'exécution des planogrammes saisonniers, y compris la saisie de données, la gestion de l'intégrité des données et les rapports ponctuels.
- Soutenir le directeur de catégorie dans la gestion de l'activité financière de la catégorie et collaborer avec les collègues commerciaux, les fournisseurs et l'équipe de finance pour enquêter et résoudre les demandes de revenus.
- Soutenir les fournisseurs dans la navigation de nos processus d'inscription, de transition de fournisseur et/ou de changement de coût.
- Assister et participer aux réunions des programmes de fournisseurs et aux négociations de coûts, ainsi que participer à l'évaluation de nouveaux produits privés et/ou d'innovations de plateforme à la demande.
- Une mentalité curieuse, créative et entrepreneuriale.
- Expérience dans le commerce de détail, la vente, la merchandising ou une connaissance des processus commerciaux, financiers ou d'affaires.
- Éducation post-secondaire ou expérience équivalente.
- Capacité à influencer sans autorité et à collaborer de manière productive avec de nombreuses équipes diverses.
- Expérience dans l'utilisation de données et de compétences analytiques pour conduire des informations innovantes.
- Expérience dans l'utilisation de Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint et Teams et confort dans l'utilisation de diverses plateformes logicielles.
