Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Golden Crust Bakery Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure a smooth production process.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas and operating machinery.
- Production Planning: Draw up production schedules to meet customer demands and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service: Prepare special orders and provide excellent customer service to meet customer needs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.

- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
