Director of Community Planning

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Infrastructure Advisory team in Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of our business, while delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of our Infrastructure Advisory strategy, including identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Manage and grow our Canadian Federal Government Infrastructure Advisory client relationships and satisfaction on engagements
- Develop and lead the Infrastructure Advisory team, including mentoring and coaching team members to achieve their full potential
- Contribute to the development of our advisory services and attached deliverables across a broad range of specializations, including feasibility studies, business cases, capital planning, and more
- Manage challenging assignments in accordance with our high delivery standards, including managing a small team to these standards
- Strong drive to develop business efforts on behalf of the Infrastructure Advisory Business Unit
- Deep understanding of Federal Government departments and delivery methodologies
- Broad consulting skill set, including strong presentation and stakeholder facilitation, business case and report writing, organizational and analytical skills
- Financial and commercial acumen, familiarity with complex financial models and a deep understanding of capital project development
- Strong organizational skills, creating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated portfolio of work experience leading client engagements within the Canadian Federal Government infrastructure advisory sector
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to communicate and effectively engage with a diverse group of clients at the senior management, executive and board level
- Canadian Federal Government Security Clearance
