About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Logistics Vice-President to lead our Goods Production, Utilities, and Construction team at JD Trans Inc. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in strategic operations, supply chain management, and infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Infrastructure Development: Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure projects, including construction, maintenance, and upgrade of facilities and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communication and Representation: Represent the company in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation of the company's interests.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain management position.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities: Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
