About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Content Creation team at CAE Inc. as a 3D Synthetic Environment Integrator. This role is a key position in our organization, and we are looking for someone who can bring their expertise and passion to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate all aspects of Content Creation production for products/projects in a multi-site environment, ensuring specific milestones and quality standards are met and tracked.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
  • Utilize CAE Inc. proprietary content development software to design, modify, and generate visual content using a variety of source data, including satellite imagery, vector data, aerial photographs, and elevation data.
  • Enhance existing visual content to meet project requirements.
  • Create and edit photo texturing to achieve desired visual effects.
  • Read and interpret technical documents and illustrations, such as Jeppesen charts, Navigation Data, AutoCAD drawings, and other types of airport data.
  • Collect information pertaining to airport environments for use in developing visual content.
  • Find creative solutions to common visual content issues, resulting in streamlined processes.
Requirements
  • University degree in a related field (B.Sc. in computer science, 3D design and animation, engineering) or equivalent technical certification.
  • Experience with 3D design & GIS software, knowledge of MultiGen Creator or AutoDesk 3DS MAX, ESRI ArcGIS or similar is a plus.
  • Knowledge and work experience with Adobe Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of visualization and content creation technologies is an asset but not a requirement.
  • Strong organization, communication, and technical skills.
  • Genuinely excited and enthusiastic about learning and pushing technical limits / finding new solutions.
  • Strong attachment and flexibility towards assigned tasks and projects as well as the ability to work and make decisions unsupervised.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-starter, dynamic, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to manage time effectively; self-driven and responsible.
  • Excellent functional knowledge of Microsoft Windows software: Word, Excel, and MS Project.
