Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and sales
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and share expertise with colleagues
  • Collaborate with buying team to identify key marketing opportunities and drive brand sales
  • Attend educational sessions and stay informed on industry trends
  • Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, and other sales support tasks
  • Communicate with customers through various channels and resolve any issues
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a luxury retail environment
