The Registered Nurse:
- Delivers nursing care to Long-term Care residents, both autonomously and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

- Commits to continuous improvement and evidence-based practices in nursing.
- Maintains and develops personal clinical expertise.
- Participates in designated committees and approved research initiatives as required.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with current registration from the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
