Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at KINGSGUARD SECURITY INC.

Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities to ensure that they are in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security needs are met and that all security protocols are followed.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Respond to emergency situations and take charge of security operations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of security incidents and activities.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a security-related role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Work under pressure.
