We are currently in search of Machine Operators to be part of our operations in Milton, ON. This role involves a rotating continental shift schedule with 12-hour shifts alternating weekly between day and night.
Candidates must be prepared to work both day and night shifts.
Shifts are scheduled from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 8:00 AMJoin us in creating a sustainable future for generations to come.

Your future colleagues:
You will be integrated into the Operations team on the production line, reporting directly to the Production Supervisor. Each team consists of up to 9 members collaborating to produce high-quality stone wool products.

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment Report on deficiencies and their causes Separate waste materials Communicate any irregularities related to equipment operation Collaborate with Maintenance to ensure equipment functions properly and address any issues Notify supervisors and relevant shifts of any concerns or tasks needing attention Plan for efficient product changes Relay unusual conditions or equipment issues to the next shift operator Complete shutdown tasks and procedures as requiredWork Environment & Conditions:
Fast-paced, high-volume production facility Ability to stand or walk on concrete floors for 12 hours daily Capable of lifting 60 lbs independently and 120 lbs with assistance Ability to shovel heavy waste to shoulder height Must wear protective safety equipment for extended periodsAbout Us:
