Position Overview

Gia Investments Inc. is seeking a dedicated Property Management Specialist to oversee and enhance our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property administration and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in property management or a related field
Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and finalize rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners.
  • Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.
  • Draft and manage contracts for property-related services, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate the execution of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects.
  • Monitor project progress and financial expenditures for property owners.
  • Maintain accurate records of operating expenses and revenue.
  • Generate detailed expense and income reports.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and issues raised by clients or tenants.
  • Facilitate negotiations for collective agreements on behalf of stakeholders.
