About the Role

Ambleside Consulting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Content Creation: Develop written materials such as reports, briefs, and website content to promote business investment.
  • Public Relations: Publicize activities, workshops, and meetings to raise awareness and promote business investment.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct surveys and analyze data on consumer buying habits and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Brand Development: Develop social and economic profiles of areas to encourage business investment.
  • Marketing Communications: Prepare reports, research papers, and articles to promote business investment.
  • Media Relations: Initiate and maintain contact with the media to promote business investment.
  • Marketing Studies: Conduct analytical marketing studies to assess business development and future trends.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in marketing or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent written communication skills, quick learner, and proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook.
