Job Summary

The Electronics Technician will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic assemblies, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This is a key role in our manufacturing process, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Testing: Assemble electronic assemblies, including junction boxes, electronic controls, and other components, according to mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot electronic assemblies to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that our products meet the required standards of quality and reliability.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on electronic assemblies to ensure that they meet our quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure that electronic assemblies are properly installed and tested.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production and quality control activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Technical Certificate/Diploma in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or other electronics-related program, or equivalent mix of relevant education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a technician role, with previous experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
  • Skills: Demonstrated working knowledge of wiring diagrams, interconnect drawings/ladder logic, schematics, and bill of materials. Ability to bench troubleshoot wiring utilizing diagrams and drawings and discrete circuits containing relays, diodes, transistors, capacitors, resistors, and DC battery chargers utilizing schematics.
