The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware Development, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Middleware 12g (OSB, SOA), Fusion Middleware Upgrade, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Middleware Administration: Provide enterprise-wide application administration needed for configuring and extending applications.
  • Support and Maintenance: Offer support for all Oracle Fusion Middleware Hosting, ensuring seamless operation and minimizing downtime.
  • Design and Development: Assist in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Middleware (OSB & SOA), leveraging expertise in Java 1.6 and above, and Oracle SOA Suite 12g framework.
  • Architecture and Analysis: Analyze existing architecture and provide suggestions for improvement, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Environment Cloning: Perform Oracle Fusion Middleware environment clones, ensuring efficient deployment and testing.
  • Documentation and Deployment: Produce documentation as required and deploy 'Business Processes' and 'IT Services' into EA's Development, Test, and Production Environments under Change Management Governance.
  • Competencies: Possess expertise in RFID Middleware and related technologies.
Essential Skills:
  • Oracle Fusion Middleware Development: Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware Development, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Middleware 12g (OSB, SOA).
  • Technical Expertise: Excellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware 12g (OSB, SOA), experience in moving components for SOA to OSB, and expertise in Fusion Middleware Upgrade.
  • Programming Languages: Experience in designing and developing applications using Java 1.6 and above, and proficiency in scripting languages like bash/shell or Perl.
  • Database Development: Experience with Oracle database development, using TOAD, Sql*Plus, SQL workbench, or similar tools.
  • Web Services: Comprehensive experience designing SOAP and JSON/REST services and consuming APIs provided by external, third parties.
  • Design Patterns and Architecture: Excellent understanding of design patterns, object construction, and application architecture strategies.
  • Platform Experience: Experience on multiple platforms, including Linux-based and Sun Solaris systems.
  • PL/SQL Development: Minimum 3 years of work experience as a PL/SQL developer.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: An ability to understand front-end users' requirements and a problem-solving attitude.
