Job Title: Senior Cost Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Consultant to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive loan monitoring reports to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct in-depth research on construction market conditions in Canada, analyzing official published data to inform cost management strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new clients, driving growth and revenue for Turner & Townsend.
  • Ensure effective knowledge management, capturing key information and learning from each project and sharing it with the team.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and participate in ISO audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Manage commissions efficiently, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while meeting client expectations.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in loan monitoring/lender services or a similar field.
  • A recognized university degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with payment certifications and membership in a relevant professional organization (e.g., RICS, CIQS).
  • Certification or designation from a professional organization (e.g., MRICS, PQS) is an asset.
