About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Metal Coater to join our team at PAPA Powder Coating Ltd. as a key member of our production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thickness Control: Ensure accurate measurement and control of plating thickness using precision instruments.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Painting and Finishing: Apply paint and coatings to small items using brushes, and apply touch-ups as needed.
  • Stencil and Decal Application: Prepare and apply stencils, decals, and other decorative items to finished products.
  • Solution Preparation: Mix metallizing solutions according to formulas or specifications to achieve desired results.
  • Paint Selection: Choose the appropriate paint or mix paints to meet specific requirements.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate equipment to spray or coat products.
Industry Experience

We are looking for candidates with experience in the construction industry, particularly in coating and finishing processes.

Requirements
  • Training Provided: We offer on-the-job training for the right candidate.
  • Temporary Position: This is a temporary role with a variable schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
