Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Grizzly Supplies is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Surrey, British Columbia. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for communicating directly with our customers over the phone, receiving and processing orders from our hydraulic seal inventory, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking customer orders over the phone
  • Building and maintaining relationships with our customers
  • Identifying needs and product opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Hydraulic and hydraulic seal experience an asset
  • Previous parts sales experience
  • Post-secondary education or training in Sales or Marketing an asset
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to use or learn measuring devices
  • Ability to use a computer
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and with others

The base pay range for this role is: $42,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience. This is an onsite role based in Surrey, BC.
