Position Overview

On Time Healthcare Inc. is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Nursing Aide. This position is essential in providing compassionate care to patients in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Assist in serving meal trays and support patients during feeding.
  • Help with the mobility of patients by weighing, lifting, turning, and positioning them as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of patients' rooms, including making beds.
  • Provide personal care by bathing, dressing, and grooming patients.
  • Facilitate patient transport using wheelchairs or stretchers.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations when required.
