On Time Healthcare Inc. is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Nursing Aide. This position is essential in providing compassionate care to patients in a healthcare setting.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist in serving meal trays and support patients during feeding.
- Help with the mobility of patients by weighing, lifting, turning, and positioning them as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patients' rooms, including making beds.
- Provide personal care by bathing, dressing, and grooming patients.
- Facilitate patient transport using wheelchairs or stretchers.
- Administer first aid in emergency situations when required.
All candidates must be bondable to ensure the safety and security of our patients.
Work EnvironmentThis role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
