Position Overview: At Cutting Edge Landscaping Ltd, we are in search of skilled professionals to take on the role of Landscape Construction Supervisor. This position is ideal for those who thrive in dynamic outdoor environments and have a strong background in landscape project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and implement directives from the Site Foreman and Project Managers regarding daily objectives and tasks.
  • Lead, inspire, and oversee a team of landscaping construction workers on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with project managers, logistics teams, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines, deliveries, and inspections are met.
  • Utilize various machinery, including Skid Steers, Excavators, and Forklifts, to carry out tasks efficiently.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Foster a culture of safety and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
  • Engage in a variety of tasks such as maintenance, minor repairs, and the installation of landscape designs.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role as a Landscape Construction Supervisor.
  • Physical capability to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
  • Possession of a Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Certification in CSTS-2020 and First Aid.
  • Familiarity with safety equipment and practices.
