Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Days InnTerrace. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closets.
  • Sanitation and Hygiene: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, and handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
