Job Title: Landscaping Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Landscaping Labourer to join our team at RAINMAKERS LANDSCAPING. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our clients' outdoor spaces, ensuring they look their best at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Tie and secure plants, ensuring they are properly installed and secure.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain their health and appearance.
  • Cut grass and rake and collect refuse to keep outdoor spaces clean and tidy.
  • Remove litter and garbage, and cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Lay sod or seed, and plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance outdoor spaces.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure they receive the necessary care.
Work Environment:

As a Landscaping Labourer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
