About the Role

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support our business intelligence initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Develop and maintain databases, collect and transform data, and perform data cleansing and validation to ensure high-quality results.
  • Business Intelligence Solutions: Design and implement full-function dashboards and solutions using Python and business intelligence tools.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python, R), and data architecture best practices.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data architecture.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, and data architecture best practices.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SQL Server Experience: Experience with SQL Server and SSIS Integration Services.
  • Python or R Experience: Experience with Python or R programming languages.
  • Survey Data Analysis: Experience analyzing and transforming survey data.
  • Feature Engineering: Experience doing feature engineering.
  • Statistical Knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methods.
