Our Engineering Team

We're seeking a skilled Software Developer who thrives in an Agile-driven environment and is passionate about producing high-quality software. As a key member of our Engineering Team, you'll collaborate with our Product and Design Teams to design, build, and maintain scalable systems and APIs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive business value and meet customer needs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain software systems and APIs that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
  • Identify and debug common issues in software code, and implement effective solutions to resolve them.
  • Own assigned work tasks, including unit tests, merge requests, and production releases.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve incidents and bugs, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a software developer with a solid understanding of software delivery processes.
  • Equivalent work experience complemented by post-secondary education in computer science or a related field.
  • Experience writing production-ready code with testability, maintainability, security, and scalability in mind.
  • Experience with PHP, Go, JavaScript, React, and Laravel is considered an asset.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile-driven development team is essential.
