Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at HR Performance & Results. As a key member of our Distribution Centre team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of inventory within our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, store, and ship inventory, ensuring that all products are properly labeled and stored.
- Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all orders are completed to the highest standard.
- Shipping and Receiving: Verify and process all shipping and receiving documents, ensuring that all products are properly accounted for.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all equipment and tools are in good working order.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
