Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement health and safety plans to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Conduct workplace inspections to identify and mitigate safety and health hazards.
- Investigate workplace accidents and illnesses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and information to employees, employers, and the general public on health and safety best practices.
- Review and update HR directives to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Respond to employee questions and concerns regarding health and safety.
- Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Hand-eye coordination and ability to distinguish between colors.
