Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at Local Public Eatery, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, crafting innovative cocktails, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, back bar, and surrounding areas
  • Upsell and promote our menu items and drinks
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and service goals
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant or bar
  • Ability to connect with others and work effectively as part of a team
  • Naturally turn guests into regulars
  • Continuous learning and growth mindset
  • Liquor Service certification
