Job Title: Painting and Decorating Supervisor

Kattana Renovation Inc is seeking a skilled Painting and Decorating Supervisor to oversee our painting and decorating operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate painting and decorating projects from start to finish, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of painters and decorators, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Materials and Equipment: Oversee the ordering and maintenance of materials and equipment, ensuring that they are in good working order and that the team has access to the necessary resources.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with health and safety procedures, and that all work is carried out in a safe and responsible manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in painting and decorating is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a high level of attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Work will be performed in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial properties.
  • Physical Demands: The position requires the ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time.

  • Language of Work: English.
Work Schedule:
  • Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
