About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Graphic Designer to join our team at Menya Kouji Enterprises Inc. as a key member of our creative department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Plan Projects: Collaborate with clients to determine the scope and timeline of graphic design projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Develop Visual Concepts: Create innovative and engaging visual designs for print, audio-visual, and electronic materials, aligning with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate Production: Oversee all aspects of production, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Consult with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their communications needs, providing expert guidance on visual elements and content.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Maintain knowledge of the latest design software, technologies, and industry best practices to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative vision and technical skills.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects, as well as strong social media and communication skills.
