Responsibilities of a Hotel Front Desk Clerk- Greet and assist guests upon their arrival at the establishment.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Handle reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
- Provide insights regarding local attractions and amenities.
- Process payments from guests and maintain accurate financial records.
- Oversee room assignments and monitor occupancy levels.
- Adhere to safety protocols and offer assistance to guests with special requirements.
- Perform administrative tasks and respond to phone inquiries.
- Support diverse groups including individuals with disabilities, newcomers, veterans, Indigenous people, mature workers, and visible minorities.
This position offers full-time hours ranging from 35 to 40 hours per week. Proficiency in English is essential.
