Responsibilities of a Hotel Front Desk Clerk
  • Greet and assist guests upon their arrival at the establishment.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Handle reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
  • Provide insights regarding local attractions and amenities.
  • Process payments from guests and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Oversee room assignments and monitor occupancy levels.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and offer assistance to guests with special requirements.
  • Perform administrative tasks and respond to phone inquiries.
  • Support diverse groups including individuals with disabilities, newcomers, veterans, Indigenous people, mature workers, and visible minorities.

This position offers full-time hours ranging from 35 to 40 hours per week. Proficiency in English is essential.
