Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at POK GLOBAL. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a sense of well-being and comfort.
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring patients receive nutritious and appealing meals.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patients' safety and comfort.
  • Participate in patient care planning and implementation, working collaboratively with the healthcare team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Basic security clearance and immunization records.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and a focus on patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
