Job Opportunity: Director of Internal Sales

About the Role:

The Director of Internal Sales will be responsible for overseeing a nationwide inside sales team. He/She will be tasked with developing and implementing inside sales strategies and ensuring the development and maintenance of excellent relationships with the company's various clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to increase inside sales, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Lead and Train a Team: Train and lead a team of inside sales representatives, setting clear goals, and providing continuous support to maximize performance.
  • Manage Customer Accounts: Oversee the management of customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and intervening in case of complaints or complex issues.
  • Improve Sales Processes: Identify and implement improvements in internal sales processes, including the use of technology and CRM tools.
  • Provide Ongoing Training: Ensure ongoing training for the sales team on products, sales techniques, and customer relationship management tools.
  • Prepare Sales Forecasts: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, providing regular reports to management, and proposing corrective actions in case of deviation from targets.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a focus on inside sales.
  • Language: Bilingualism is required as you will manage both English and French-speaking employees and clients.
