About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at MANRO ENTERPRISES LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and supplies within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Process incoming requisitions, prepare and track work orders, and prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
  • Warehouse Operations: Clean and maintain the warehouse, store items in a safe and organized manner, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and internet applications, with a strong understanding of inventory control systems.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train the right candidate.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), work in a fast-paced environment, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
