Position Overview: We are in search of a seasoned, flexible, and proactive Senior Executive Support Specialist to assist both the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Product Officer (CPO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the R&D calendar, coordinating logistics for significant milestones and initiatives ahead of time.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional Executive Assistants to drive business progress, including organizing team meetings, off-site events, kickoffs, and annual and quarterly planning sessions.
- Engage in special projects and initiatives, such as event coordination, crafting internal communications, and facilitating team and individual recognition efforts.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in executive support, preferably within a dynamic and innovative setting.
- Exceptional execution of administrative tasks, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, organization, and process management.
- Adept at building a personal network within the organization and with external stakeholders as necessary.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior leadership and external partners.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Glean, Google Meet, Google Calendar, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and/or Notion is advantageous, though not mandatory.
